Led by Insight and Compassion
I adore people. I love their stories, their quirks, their possibilities, and the moments when they suddenly see themselves differently.
Â
My working life has been dynamic, varied, and genuinely fun. I feel blessed to say that I have never held a job I did not love.
Â
My résumé did not begin behind a desk. As a teenager, I ran a publishing centre in an elementary school and supervised a homework club. I rolled posters in a print shop, ran linens through industrial irons so hot my nail polish bubbled, and mopped floors beside the urinal in a bar. If that does not build resilience, flexibility, and a healthy respect for rubber gloves, I do not know what does.
Â
Those years in the service industry set the tone for everything that followed. I learned to notice the details, anticipate what people need, stay calm in chaos, roll up my sleeves, and move comfortably from the big picture to the mop bucket.
Â
I built upon that foundation through studies in Career and Work Counselling and Human Resources, along with extensive professional training. I am Level B qualified and trained to use a battery of assessment tools that help people uncover their values, strengths, interests, transferable skills, personality, and readiness for change.
Â
Much of my professional life has involved walking beside women through change, transition, and new stages of life. I have helped women recognize what they already carry, rebuild confidence, clarify what matters, imagine new possibilities, and turn those possibilities into practical plans.
Â
I have travelled throughout the Greater Toronto Area facilitating workshops and learning how to walk into a new room, connect with different personalities, and create conversations people actually enjoy.
Â
I later carried everything I had learned into the political arm of Canada’s largest union, working within its largest provincial body. There, I expanded my experience in leadership, human resources, strategic planning, project management, communications, conflict resolution, organizational development, major events, and managing change within complex environments.
Â
Then life made the work personal.
Â
Sobriety, loss, caregiving, change, and beginning again taught me that removing alcohol is only part of the story. The deeper work is rediscovering who you are, understanding what you need, and creating a life you do not want to escape or numb.
Â
That is what brought me to Sober Life Concierge, and perhaps what brought me to you.
Â
I offer warm, practical, nonclinical support for women who are sober, sober curious, or questioning their relationship with alcohol. I can help you uncover what matters, make sense of what is changing, connect with appropriate resources, and decide what comes next.
Â
My truest strength is seeing all the glory in a person, even when she cannot see it herself, and holding up the mirror until she can.
I bring a structured yet compassionate philosophy to our sessions. I believe that sustainable change happens through human connection and tangible, everyday tools. Whether we're navigating social anxiety or redesigning your morning routine, I'm here to provide the accountability you need to thrive.
