2 oz unsweetened cranberry juice; 1 oz fresh orange juice; squeeze of lime; sparkling water; ice, orange slice and cranberries.

Steps

Shake juices and lime with ice. Strain into a chilled glass, top with sparkling water and garnish.

Cucumber, mint and bubbles bring the garden inside.

Ingredients

3 cucumber slices; 4 to 6 mint leaves; squeeze of lime; 2 oz white grape juice; sparkling water and ice.

Steps

Gently press cucumber, mint and lime in the glass. Add ice and grape juice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with mint.

Ingredients

4 to 5 blackberries; ½ oz lemon juice; 1 tsp simple syrup; 2 oz chilled hibiscus tea; sparkling water and ice.

Steps

Press berries with lemon and syrup. Add tea and ice, shake or stir, strain, top with sparkling water and garnish with a blackberry.

Jewels in a glass. Bring out the pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients

2 oz pomegranate juice; ½ oz lime juice; ½ oz simple syrup; sparkling water and ice; pomegranate seeds and lime wheel.

Steps

Shake juice, lime and syrup with ice. Strain into fresh ice, top with sparkling water and scatter seeds.

Golden Pineapple Mint

Ingredients

2 oz pineapple juice; ½ oz lime juice; 4 to 6 mint leaves; sparkling water and ice; pineapple wedge.

Steps

Press mint with lime. Add pineapple juice and ice, shake and strain. Top with sparkling water and garnish.

½ lime in wedges; 6 to 8 mint leaves; 1 tsp simple syrup; sparkling water and crushed ice; mint sprig and lime wheel.

Steps

Press lime, mint and syrup in a tall glass. Fill with crushed ice, top with sparkling water, stir and garnish.
